Learn how to locate and interact with marma points, introduce pranic healing techniques to your clients, and understand various techniques to restore balance to body and mind in this 40 Hour Certification Training. Marma (acupressure) points are energy pathways for profoundly healing the body, mind and consciousness.
Students will become acquainted with the 117 vital energy points and how to locate them on the body. Students will learn the commentary of each Marma point and various stimulation techniques such as tuning forks, guasha, essential oils and moxibustion.
The 4 day training is a comprehensive hands on classes for point location, interaction and protocol Practices for developing intuition and hand sensitivity. Morning group movement and meditation will also be provided.
This training is for Ayurvedic practitioners, acupuncturists, massage therapists, yoga teachers, and healers from any tradition who want to learn about Ayurvedic acupressure and methods to stimulate the energy points. CE's provided!

Marma Theory Online: All students attending the Marma Immersion Training are required to complete the online, pre-recorded Marma Theory.
The Ayurvedic Marmani Immersion Certification is granted once program and program practicum requirements are met.

Seva Van Why, HHP, LMT, AP is a passionate and perpetual student of Ayurveda and higher learning for 25 years. She runs a successful Ayurvedic Lifestyle consulting practice involving Ayurvedic Body Therapies as her special niche. Seva is a holistic educator, Ayurvedic Body Therapy instructor, and author, and has held staff positions at The Chopra Center, Optimum Health Institute, California College of Ayurveda, and is currently the Chair of Continuing Education and Certification with NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association).

Kathryn is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Teacher. She is the owner of An Elemental Practice., a Holistic Health Practice located in Knoxville, on a beautiful 22-acre property in the countryside of Illinois, and serving clients both locally and worldwide. She has traveled to 26 countries, lived in Asia for 4 years, and has come to know many different cultures and ways of living throughout her journey. When she finally came across Ayurveda she was completely taken by its power and simplicity and has since then dedicated herself to the study and practice and teaching of Ayurveda.
